obviously having a fractured L5 doesn't necessarily means i am in the best of shape, coupled that with a natural-born instinct for gorging on food in bulk, and an unfortunate slow metabolism rate means there had been zero muscle building and lots of fat accumulation. that's no good for anyone's lower back and overall wellness.
i have decided that there are still three months to officially crossing over to the wrong side of mid twenties.
